Deadlift: 5 Sets of 3 Reps at 80%+ (5 Rounds for weight)
Deadlift:
5 sets of 3 reps at 80% or more of 1 rep max.
– Maintain same load across all sets.
– Rest 2:00 between sets.
INTENDED STIMULUS:
A) Heavy day.
B) Lift 80%+ of 1-rep-max deadlift.
C) Maintain the same load for all 5 sets
D) Rest around 2:00 between sets.
Post Workout Skill
Hand-Release Push-Ups and Ring Support Hold (AMRAP – Reps)
Post-workout:
5 sets:
:30 hand-release push-ups
:30 ring support hold
