Do I have to be fit to do CrossFit?

You start CrossFit to get fit! Our coaches will adjust the workouts to your skill and experience level so you can succeed and improve your fitness.

Is CrossFit Safe?

Yes! CrossFit Empire South has credentialed trainers that provide precise instructions to keep you moving safely and efficiently throughout your workout.

What if I can’t do the weights or movements for today’s workout?

No problem! Our members are all ages and fitness levels. Our coaches will help you scale both the weight and movement so you can get the best workout for your fitness goals.

What about nutrition?

We believe that nutrition is the foundation of health and fitness! You will accomplish your goals faster by eating a variety of foods that support your training level. We have a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach to help you learn to eat well, feel well, and support your training.
