We offer a variety of classes at CrossFit Empire South!
GROUP CLASSES AND OPEN GYM
We have numerous coach-led group classes throughout the day. Classes include both a general and specific warm-up, a constantly varied Workout of the Day (WOD), and recommended cool downs. Our classes also include strength training or skill work multiple times weekly to help you improve your mobility, lifting, gymnastics, and other functional movements!
Monday – Friday: 5:45AM, 9:15AM, 12:00PM, 4:30PM, 5:45PM
Monday – Friday: 7:00AM-9:00AM, 10:30-12:00, 3:00-4:15PM
